As you can see from the previous posts date little has been done on the Amazing Fine Motor project.  Time constraints due to other successful projects have put this on the back burner for quite a while.  I wish that I could say that we are ready to move forward immediately on this project but there are still a few other projects that take precedence.  The ideas behind amazing fine motor are very good and could significantly improve fine motor and handwriting instruction.  I would like to see this project move forward as soon as possible.  As a result I am considering a few options to get the project underway.

• Partnership option-  I would offer a partnership to a person with graphic design skill and a little extra time.  This partner would not need to put up any money, just some time to develop the workbooks based on my concepts.  I would provide a lot of direction in the development of the workbooks, but the partner would do the actual design and compiling of the projects.  They would also need to have access to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.  They would receive nothing Upfront, but would split net revenues and hold a 49% stake in the company. Actual terms would be negotiated.
• Buy Out option- I would sell the website,Domain, and Business concept for a reasonable amount of money to someone interested in developing the product.  I would be available for consulting on project development for up to 1 year after the purchase.
• Paid Development Commission Model-  I would bay a small initial development fee to develop the products, And then you receive a commission for each copy sold.  This would follow the traditional publishing model and the first commissions would pay for the retainer.
